Orders Subject to Sales Tax

The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the Shipping Address.

Items sold to Shipping Addresses in the European Union are subject to VAT. Items sold to Shipping Addresses in the US states of AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI are subject to tax.

Shipping & Delivery

Downloadable Items:

Click the items in your order receipt to initiate the download.

Physical Goods:

Will ship in 5-10 business days. Shipping fees will be applied according to the quantity of items ordered. Customer is responsible for all customs charges. In Russia, private individuals cannot receive packages from companies.

Returns and Refunds

Books that have been OPENED may NOT be returned and are not refundable. UNOPENED books (original shrink-wrap intact) may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund. Training videos may NOT be returned under any circumstance unless defective or damaged, in which case, the video can ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item. If you receive a video mailing carton that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact AccountServices@checkpoint.com within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment or defective product for exchange instructions. Customer is responsible for all customs charges. If you ordered a physical good, it will ship in 5-10 business days.

Payment Problems

Verify all billing information is correct and try again. If you're still having problems, contact your credit card company for further assistance or try a different credit card. Credit card transactions are a two-step process, consisting of an authorization and a settlement. Don't worry, all failed payment attempts will not be settled.
